Here is the fugue in E Major by Brett Vachon written for two classical guitars. Written in the winter of 2019-2020.

Winter is always the best time to write a fugue. As the snow was falling I opened my sketchbook and found a theme for a fugue that I wrote down a very long time ago. I decided it was now time to complete the fugue.

I have been fascinated by the fugue since I was a young boy. When writing this piece I had a mini flashback to my days as a University Student, when I would sit in the library and analyse fugues from the first book of the Well Tempered Clavier by JS Bach for my analysis class.
